Bianchi, Pic to get Japan grid penalties

"true">Jules Bianchi and Charles Pic will both get 10-place grid penalties for the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix after picking up their third reprimands of the season in Korea. The stewarding panel, including ex-Formula 1 driver Emanuele Pirro, deemed that the Marussia and Caterham drivers failed to slow sufficiently under yellow flags, having studied the relevant telemetry data supplied by the teams following Sunday's race. As per the current sporting regulations, three reprimands leads to the aforementioned grip drop for the next race, providing at least two are classified as driving offences.
