Permane: Grosjean ready to lead Lotus
Romain Grosjean is ready to step up and take on a leading role within the Lotus team, according to Trackside Operations Director Alan Permane. The Frenchman has shown a marked step-up in maturity following a turbulent 2012 season, and looked to be on course to challenge for victory in both Germany and Hungary. Another strong performance in Singapore was marred by a retirement, and Permane believes that his driver’s surge in pace throughout the season is evidence of his constant improvement.
