Wolff: We can still be proud of our performance

Toto Wolff insists that Mercedes can still be proud of its performance in the Singapore Grand Prix, despite being soundly beaten into fourth and fifth under lights.Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton were unable to challenge Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel as the defending champion romped to his third straight win to extend his advantage in the championship standings, with Hamilton admitting that the race had all but ended his own title hopes.While the pair were over 50 seconds down on Vettel – despite a Safety Car period closing up the field – Wolff refused to be too downbeat and said the performance shown by the German was something his own team was seeking to emulate in future."That...
