Vettel sets commanding pace in second practice

Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time during second practice for the Italian Grand Prix. Vettel's time of 1:24.453 was over six tenths of a second clear of the time set by Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber. Kimi Raikkonen and Romain Grosjean were third and fourth, having set identical times in their Lotus E21s. Fernando Alonso was fifth, while first practice pacesetter Lewis Hamilton was sixth. His Mercedes team-mate, Nico Rosberg, was seventh with Felipe Massa in eighth. Massa lost out on his long run due to a gear selection issue in his Ferrari F138.
