Vettel fastest during dry second practice
Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time during second practice for the Belgian Grand Prix.
Team-mate Mark Webber was second, just 0.059s behind the reigning world champion.
Behind the two Red Bull drivers, there was a gap of 0.8s to third placed Romain Grosjean.
Felipe Massa was fourth, with Jean-Eric Vergne in fifth and Kimi Raikkonen sixth.
Morning pacesetter Fernando Alonso set the seventh fastest time, with Sergio Perez, Nico Rosberg and Paul di Resta rounding out the top 10.
Hungary race winner Lewis Hamilton was twelfth and suffered a couple of brief off track excursions at Les Combes
