Vergne: I'm happy to stay at Toro Rosso
Jean-Éric Vergne has made clear that he would be "more than happy" to retain his race seat with the Toro Rosso outfit for a third Formula 1 campaign next year. The Frenchman's comments come soon after team boss Franz Tost indicated that he is likely to stay onboard for the 2014 season, the latter making reference to a lack of experience in the top echelon relative to current team-mate Daniel Ricciardo. "I'm absolutely not worried about my future," explained Vergne. "As a driver I wish I could have a car to win races but I will be more than happy to stay at Toro Rosso.
