Symonds: My focus is on 2014 development

Williams’ new Chief Technical Officer Pat Symonds has explained that he will primarily be working towards the 2014 campaign, with the Englishman overseeing structural changes within the squad in order to create a solid base for future success. Symonds left his consultancy role at Marussia last month, with Team Principal John Booth giving a glowing report of the operational changes he had enacted during his tenure with the Anglo Russian outfit.
