Lotus deny reports of financial issues
The owners of the Lotus F1 Team, Genii Capital, have denied stories that the team is in financial ruin and is struggling to pay staff and suppliers.
During the summer break, reports broke detailing financial issues for the Enstone based squad. Reports suggested the team had debts of up to 120 million and rumours started to circulate on the financial security of the team.
Kimi Raikkonen admitted earlier in the month that he was still waiting to be paid and engineer Alan Permane confirmed that the teams 2013 car development is coming to a close with 'not much more in the pipeline.'
