FIA issue statement on pit lane tyre incident

After the action-packed 60 laps, providing drama on the track and in the pit lane, the FIA have issued the following statement regarding FOM Cameraman, Paul Allen, who was the victim of the impact with the loose right rear wheel in the pit lane on Lap 9 of the Grand Prix:  'During the German GP, an FOM cameraman in pit lane was struck by a loose wheel. Paul Allen was hit on the left hand side. Remaining conscious, he was treated at the circuit medical centre and then transported by helicopter to Koblenz Hospital.
