Flying wheel hits cameraman

A cameraman was taken to the medical centre at the Nurburgring after he was struck by a flying wheel during the German Grand Prix. The right-rear tyre of Mark Webber's Red Bull went flying off during a pit stop on lap nine and hit the cameraman. The Australian went in for a routine change of tyres, but there were problems and he was released without the wheel being secured properly. The wheel went flying in the air and knocked the cameraman down. He was immediately taken to the medical centre for treatment and BBC Sport's Jennie Gow reported: "I have spoken to the doctor who says he has some chest pain and concussion."
