F1 2013 – Pirelli confirm tyre changes ahead of German grand prix

Pirelli have confirmed a tyre change ahead of the 2013 German grand prix which will see the tyres enforced with a Kevlar belt.The change was put forward previously but was protested against by numerous teams, however the FIA have said this change can go ahead regardless of any protests.The lower temperature working range of these new Kevlar tyres is around 10c which could affet the performance of cars.
