Button confident of British rebound
Jenson Button believes McLaren will be back inside the top-ten in Britain after their run of 64 races in the points ended in Canada.
The Woking team was unable to recover from a disappointing qualifying performance, lacking the pace needed to fight back.
Sergio Perez started the race P12 with Button 14th on the grid, however, after 70 laps they were 11th and 12th respectively.
The point-less race brought an end to McLaren's impressive run of 64 grands prix inside the points.
Button, though, is confident Montreal was just a one-off blip in the team's record.
"We finished outside the points and we have a lot of work to do," said the Brit.
