Ferrari technical director hospitalised

Ferrari technical director Pat Fry was taken to a hospital in Barcelona on Saturday as the 49-year-old Briton was suffering from pain. Fry was absent from the pit wall during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix as had kidney stones. His condition isn’t reported to be serious and is expected to join the team soon. It is however unclear whether he will be present for Sunday’s race.
