Williams disappointed by qualy

A year on from Pastor Maldonado's pole position and victory at the Spanish GP, Williams experienced a massive reversal in fortunes as both drivers exited qualifying in the first knockout phase.The team have struggled for pace throughout the season, are yet to score a point and with the exception of China, a Williams car has ended qualifying in Q1 at every grand prix in 2013. Whilst they are still well clear of the Caterham, Marussia battle, the nine-time World Champions are in danger of finding themselves in a 'no man's land' between the midfield and the back of the grid.
