Gutierrez apologises for Sutil accident

Sauber's Esteban Gutierrez has apologised to Adrian Sutil after taking the German out of the Chinese Grand Prix. Gutierrez made a good start from eighteenth on the grid but an error on the fifth lap meant he locked up under braking and hit the back of Sutil's Force India. 'Right before going into the long straight I had Sergio Perez fighting behind me, and I approached the corner too fast. I was braking at the same place where I usually brake, however, didn’t anticipate the loss of downforce and the amount of speed I had,' he said. 'I tried my best to stop, but didn’t succeed.
