Vettel pips Ferrari in the wet for Malaysian GP pole

Helped by rapidly changing conditions, Sebastian Vettel claimed pole position for the Malaysian Grand Prix on Saturday validating that pace of the Red Bull this season. Now on pole for the second time at Sepang, the German clocked 1 minute 49.674 seconds to claim his 38th and the second straight top spot in Formula 1. Vettel confessed that he was lucky to proceed into the final shootout as he was right on the edge in Q2, referring to his P9 in the second leg of qualifying.
