Button tops wet/dry morning

Jenson Button set the pace on the second morning of the final pre-season test in Barcelona, making the most of a dry track in the hour before the lunch break. After overnight rain, the teams faced another wet start to the day and in the cold conditions the track took a long time to dry. All the drivers took to the track for several runs despite the conditions, which in itself is a sign of how precious the remaining track time is with just three days of testing left before Australia. At roughly midday Pastor Maldonado ventured out on super-soft tyres and when he returned to the pits with a car still intact and a new fastest lap time, almost all of the other cars followed him out.
