Mercedes to sit out rest of second day

Mercedes has finished early for the second day in a row at Jerez, with the team having to repair various elements of its F1 W04 chassis after Lewis Hamilton's early morning crash. The Briton, who was completing his first offcial laps for the team, suffered a rear brake failure before the Dry Sack bend and slid into the barriers. More to follow.
