Williams shareholder Toto Wolff joins Mercedes
Toto Wolff, shareholder of Williams Grand Prix Holdings and executive director joins the management of the Mercedes-Benz Formula 1 team. Austrian Wolff will retain his shareholding at Williams but has given up the executive role he had there.
In the ongoing context of restructuring the Mercedes AMG F1 Team, Daimler has signed a letter of intent with Austrian investor and motorsport manager Toto Wolff, according to which Wolff will acquire a significant minority interest in the Daimler subsidiary Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Ltd.
